MEVZA CHAMPIONSHIP U16 & U18, Portorož – Koper

Introducing the tournament

The city of Piran and the city of Koper are proud to host the MEVZA tournament for categories U16 and U18 in both genders. Teams from Slovenia, Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Israel, Cyprus and guests from Italy will be attending the U16 and U18 MEVZA tournament in Koper and Portorož between 6^th and 8^th July 2022. The category of U16 will show their skills in Portorož central beach, meanwhile the U 18 category will play their games in Beach sports center Koper. There will be 92 athletes fighting for the gold in all categories.

The main draw starts with 4 groups of three teams in each category. All the participants will advance in the next round round of the tournament. But the position in the group will decide if they will entre directly, or will have to play additional match to enter in the quarterfinals. The last day there will be semifinals followed by matches for positions and at the end of the day, the finals.
