Swietelsky BÉKÉSCSABA is the most successful Hungarian women’s Volleyball team if you look at the results they have achieved over the last ten years. Away from the court, the club has supported and joined all kinds of charity events in order to set a good example for others to follow.

The players of Swietelsky BÉKÉSCSABA on a bike ride in conjunction with this year’s World Car-Free Day
Most recently, for the seventh time the five-time Hungarian champions and two-time MEVZA Cup winners joined the World Car-Free Day, which has become some sort of a tradition for the club. On this day, players and members of the coaching staff took part in an initiative to raise environmental consciousness and support the use of bikes – as well as the importance of walking in order to pursue a healthy lifestyle.
It is important to stress that the players use their bikes not only on this special day, but in their everyday lives as well, thereby setting a good example for the club’s younger players and all other residents of the city too.
