Zagreb, Croatia. The youngest and most promising Croatian Volleyball players came together in Zadar to participate in the 2020 edition of the national championships in the U11 and U13 age groups. OK Dinamo claimed the U13 girls’ title, as HAOK Mladost triumphed in the U11 age group. MOK Grobnican were the winners of the boys’ U13 competition.
The players of OK Dinamo beat OK Belišce 2-0 (25-15, 25-19) to finish the competition without losing a single set. “I am very pleased with the performance of my team since they played at a very high level from the start to the end of the tournament and they made a very few mistakes only. Congratulations to all participating teams on their achievements here,” said the coach of OK Dinamo, Mateja Krmpotic.
HAOK Mladost defeated ŽOK Ivanec 2-1 (15-6, 14-15, 15-6) in the U11 final.

MOK Grobni?an emerged as the winners of the boys’ U13 competition as they beat OK Medicinar Trnje 2-1 (11-25, 25-12, 15-10). “We are obviously happy and I am proud of my players, who remained calm and concentrated from start to end. I was hoping for a good result because this is a good generation, but this triumph is really the top of the tops!” said Beatrice Haramija, coach of MOK Grobnican.

The best player in the U13 category was Maša Mlinar from OK Dinamo, with Karla Gulin (HAOK Mladost) claiming the same honour in the U11 age group. Mihael Moreti (MOK Grobnican) received the award for the best player in the boys’ U13 division.
The championships took place at SC Višnjik in Zadar, without any audience, in full compliance with the measures in place to curb the spread of the novel coronavirus.
