Tel Aviv, Israel. In exactly one week, Israel will host a MEVZA Zonal Beach Event. The national park of Ramat Gan in Tel Aviv will be the venue where twelve teams per gender will compete for the last beach volleyball title of 2020.
The event has been approved by the CEV and MEVZA and will take place on the 18th and 19th of December. It is only possible to run it, because the Israeli Volleyball Association (IVA) has prepared a strict hygiene concept for everyone to follow during the event in order to help prevent the spread of the virus and the pandemic.

Teams from Israel, Slovenia, Austria and Serbia have already entered the tournament. As today marks the last of registration for teams, we will most likely see a few more teams sign-up. For updates about the event make sure to follow MEVZA’s social media.
