Alexander Prietzel, the former Austrian national team coach, now working for the German national team at the Olympic training center in Stuttgart has started a great new project.
“Axel”, as he is being called by his former team Katharina Schützenhöfer and Lena Plesiutschnig, has come up with a new way to bring Volleyball and Beach Volleyball closer to kids, coaches, recreational and advanced players and many more during the current times of increased training restrictions.
Scanning a QR code with a mobile phone or clicking on it from a desktop device will automatically open a video-demonstation of the so called “ball-control” drill that can be performed almost anywhere, as long as the player has a volleyball.

The already published 3 training blocks of drills can be found at:
– Alex’s facebook page: “Alexander Prietzel – Beachvolleyball Coach” or
– the following links:

Part #2: bit.ly/UebungenVolleyballBeachvolleyball-Teil2

Everyone, who will post a video of the executed drill(s) on Instagram and tag Alex’s Instagram profile @_volleyalex_ in it, will also receive personalized professional tipps/feedback from Alex himself.
