On April 18th the volleyball club SIP Šempeter from Slovenia will host already the 6th edition of the international tournament Savinja Valley Cup for boys and girls of the U13 (born 2007 & younger) category.

In last year’s version the tournament had 74 teams participating from Bosnia, Croatia, Serbia and Slovenia. On 14 different volleyball courts there were 850 young players competing in a total of more than 130 volleyball matches. After receiving a lot of great feedback about the event, the hosts are determined to take it to even a higher level in terms of organization and the number of teams and countries participating.
For this reason the organizers are working in cooperation with the Volleyball Federation of Slovenia (OZS) and for the first time also with the CEV School.
