MEVZA U18 Volleyball Tournament Update: Semifinals Outcome and Men’s Tournament Progress

The MEVZA U18 women’s volleyball tournament semifinals concluded on the 11th of January, 2024 in Maribor, Slovenia, leading to an exciting finals setup between Slovenia and Croatia.

In the semifinals, Slovenia secured a decisive 3:0 victory over Slovakia, while Croatia mirrored this success with a 3:0 win against Hungary. This sets the stage for a thrilling final match between Slovenia and Croatia, with both teams vying for the tournament win and direct qualification for the U18 European Championship. The match for the bronze medal will see Slovakia and Hungary face off.
