The playoff has been interrupted before the Semifinals could begin due to the Covid situation. Champion became VK Dukla Liberec, who won the regular season.

MEN – UNIQA EXTRALIGA (M)
2020/21 National Champion: VK CEZ Karlovarsko
VK CEZ Karlovarsko won the decisive fifth match of the final versus VK Jihostroj ?eské Bud?jovice on Monday and herewith became the Czech Republic’s national champion. 

HUNGARY

FATUM Nyíregyháza wins the final against SWIETELSKY – BRSE with three wins to none, after BRSE has to forfeit the matches due to a Covid-19 situation.
