On Wednesday night, Slovenia’s national champions OK Merkur MARIBOR came from one set down to secure a 19-25, 25-19, 25-22, 25-20 home win over their compatriots OK Calcit KAMNIK in the men’s MEVZA League. Ahmed Abulubaba Ikhbayri was the player of the match after an impressive performance resulting in a personal tally of 22 points, including four aces and two winning blocks, while KAMNIK’s captain Jan Klobu?ar recorded 15.
