With the court just steps from the sea and the crowd in full voice, the championship closed with two unforgettable finals – and two new champions.
Top seeds Semerad/Stocek (CZE) lived up to expectations and finished their impressive run with a dominant performance in the final, defeating Austria’s Friedl/Schnetzer in straight sets (21-11, 22-20). The Czech pair showed precision and power throughout the tournament, capping it off with a clinical display against one of the strongest teams in the region.

Earlier in the day, Klemen/Sponer (AUT) secured third place with a confident 2-0 win over Slovenia’s Nanut/Renko, who had stunned opponents in the earlier rounds but fell short in the bronze medal match.
