Croatian Women’s volleyball team Mladost Zagreb grabbed victory in their second outing, just like they did in the first one of The Middle European League (MEVZA).
In their second match, Mladost won 3-1 (25-19, 25-21, 19-25, 25-19) against Austrian team Oberbank Steelvolleys Linz Steg.
Croatian team had very successful two games on their home soil because they won against two very good teams. Player from Mladost Zagreb Aida Mehi? is happy with this mini tournament.
“We had a really good tournament for us. I am very happy and satisfied. I am new in this team and this two matches are very important for me. I congratulate the team on the victory. Our concentration was not so good in third set, but most important thing is that we won”, said Mehi?.
Coach of the Austrian team Facundo Morando admitted Mladost was the strongest team in this tournament.
“In this tournament Mladost Zagreb is the strongest team. I am so proud of my team. The organization of the tournament was good and we leave Zagreb very satisfied. In our hand is one very important victoriy against Maribor”, said Morando.
